Client

A US-based Web3 startup providing community GPU infrastructure on Bittensor Subnet27 for hardware renters, miners, and validators. The client engaged Systango to resolve platform fragmentation, automate provider onboarding, and simplify compute rental for non-technical users.

Challenge

  • Fragmented inventory & manual onboarding: Subnet27 aggregated miner and validator GPU hardware, but lacked a consolidated view of availability, performance, or an automated onboarding flow for non-technical GPU providers.

  • Complex rental UX: Decentralised GPU rentals were accessible only to a narrow, highly technical audience due to the absence of a guided rental interface.

  • Multi-role integration complexity: The platform required seamless role-specific dashboards to support distinct user flows for hardware contributors (miners/validators) and compute renters.

  • Real-time blockchain tracking: Capturing live miner/validator state, performance, and Alpha-token fund flows while maintaining operator controls presented high technical complexity.

Objectives

  • Take over Subnet27 dashboard engineering and establish full technical ownership.
  • Build real-time GPU intelligence tools covering capacity, load, availability, and performance.
  • Design and deploy simplified, guided compute rental workflows for non-technical renters.
  • Implement automated onboarding for hardware providers to list GPUs and earn rewards.
  • Create role-segmented dashboards for compute renters, miners, and validators.
  • Build a modular, cloud-native architecture prepared for multi-subnet expansion.

What We Built

  • Real-Time GPU Intelligence Engine: Consolidated interface displaying live utilisation, capacity, system load, availability, and validator/miner performance benchmarks.

  • Simplified Compute Rental Portal: Guided rental flow equipping non-technical users with clear GPU specifications, transparent pricing, and instant availability options.

  • Hardware Provider Onboarding Automation: Workflows enabling non-technical hardware owners to list GPUs on Subnet27 and track earnings.

  • Performance & Benchmark Tools: Uptime tracking, efficiency analytics, and benchmarking dashboards tailored for miners and validators.

  • Modular Cloud-Native Architecture: Angular frontend with Supabase authentication and Stripe integration; NestJS/Node.js backend with TypeORM and PostgreSQL/Supabase.

  • Dedicated Micro-Services & Web3 Integrations: Separated frontend, backend, data layers, and blockchain services with Bittensor wallet integrations and Alpha-token fund flows.
