COOKIE POLICY

Effective date: June 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Systango Group uses cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and similar technologies on www.systango.com.

This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website.

Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, beacons and tracking tools that allow websites and third parties to recognise a browser or device, remember preferences, understand website usage, measure campaigns, secure services and improve functionality.

How we use cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the website;
  • Remember cookie choices and website preferences;
  • Support website forms, investor chat, admin access and security functions;
  • Understand website traffic and user interaction;
  • Improve website performance, content and navigation;
  • Measure marketing and campaign effectiveness;
  • Support social media, embedded content and third-party integrations;
  • Prevent fraud, spam, bots, abuse and unauthorised activity; and
  • Support analytics, reporting and business intelligence.
Types of cookies and similar technologies we use

These cookies and similar technologies are required for the website to function. They support basic website operations, website security, consent storage, form protection, admin authentication, abuse prevention, chat protection and content delivery.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot usually be disabled through our cookie banner because they are required for the website to operate. You may block or delete them through your browser settings, but doing so may affect website functionality.

These cookies and similar technologies help us understand how visitors use the website, which pages are visited, how long users stay, how users interact with forms and content, which campaigns work, and whether users experience errors.

We use this information to improve the website, content, navigation and user experience.

These technologies help remember choices and support website features, such as chat history, region or country defaults, phone code defaults, banner visibility preferences and similar user experience settings.

Some functionality data may be stored locally in your browser until you clear your browser or site data.

These technologies may be used to measure campaigns, understand business interest, manage marketing tags, attribute leads, analyse user interaction and assess the effectiveness of advertising or marketing activity.

Some technologies are provided by third parties whose services are embedded in or connected to the website. These may include analytics providers, tag management tools, CRM providers, video platforms, security tools, location lookup providers, content delivery networks and interactive asset providers.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control all third-party technologies once they are operated by those third-party providers.

Main technologies used on the website

The Systango website may use the following categories of tools and technologies:

  • Consent storage: used to remember cookie choices and banner preferences.
  • Analytics: including Google Analytics 4, used for page view tracking, traffic analysis, form submission tracking, UTM campaign tracking and website performance measurement.
  • Tag management: including Google Tag Manager, used to manage analytics, marketing and other website tags.
  • User interaction analytics: including Microsoft Clarity, used for heatmaps, session recordings and user interaction analysis.
  • Security and bot protection: including Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect forms, investor chat and website functionality from spam, bots and abuse.
  • Forms and CRM: including HubSpot, used for lead generation, contact form processing, event registrations and related CRM workflows.
  • Investor Chat: used to support investor-related AI chat interactions. Messages and limited chat history may be processed server-side by Systango and OpenAI. No OpenAI browser cookies are set through this feature.
  • Local browser storage: used to support limited chat history, country and phone code defaults, and similar website functionality.
  • Embedded content: including YouTube privacy-enhanced mode, used for video playback.
  • Location lookup: including ipapi.co, used for country and location lookup, including country and phone code defaults.
  • Interactive and visual assets: including Unicorn Studio and jsDelivr, used for animated, interactive and visual website assets.
  • Content delivery: including AWS CloudFront, used to deliver video, static assets and website content.

Some backend systems support website operations without directly placing browser cookies on your device. These may include Firebase / Firestore for CMS and admin user management, AWS S3 for file storage and uploads, OpenAI API for investor chatbot responses, and rate limiting systems for API abuse prevention.

This summary is based on the IT-provided inventory, which identifies the current website implementation across the public marketing website, Investor Chat and Admin CMS.
